Call of Duty: Warzone — You Cannot Throw Players Out of the Circle

There is no mechanic to physically throw, push, or eject players out of the safe zone in Call of Duty: Warzone (any platform, including Nintendo Switch via Cloud).

How the Circle Actually Works

  • Dynamic Contraction: The "Ring" (circle) shrinks on a timer. Phases: Wait → Shrink → Wait.
  • Damage Outside: Players outside take increasing tick damage (1–10+ HP/s). Gas mask (5 sec) / Stim / Munitions Box buy time.
  • No Player Interaction: You cannot grab, push, or force someone into gas. Collision is capsule-based—you slide off.
  • Vehicle Physics: You can ram a vehicle into someone, potentially knocking them down/back—but not "out of the ring" reliably.

How to Effectively Eliminate Enemies Near the Circle

  • Edge Control: Position inside the circle, aiming out. Enemies must enter your sightlines to survive.
  • Gas Grenades / Thermite: Deny cover at circle edge.
  • Sniping / Long-Range: Pick off rotators.
  • Cluster Strike / Precision Airstrike (Killstreaks): Force movement.
  • Portable Radar / Heartbeat Sensor: Detect campers at edge.

Switch Cloud Version Notes

  • Streaming from server → Input latency ~100–200 ms. Competitive disadvantage.
  • Requires stable 15+ Mbps, < 50 ms ping to Nintendo/Azure edge.
  • No gyro aim (unlike native Switch shooters).

Focus on positioning, loadout, and game sense. The circle is the ultimate equalizer—no throwing needed.
