Why Won't the Cheat Box Appear in [Game 3]?

I need more context to help. Please provide:

• Which game? (Title)
• Platform? (PC, console, mobile)
• What have you tried?
• What happens when you attempt to open the cheat box?

With details, I can troubleshoot why the cheat interface isn't appearing.
