Action Replay Codes: Play as Decepticon in Transformers: Autobots (GBA/DS)

No such codes exist. Transformers: Autobots locks you to the Autobot campaign. The engine doesn't support faction switching via memory edits.

Why Action Replay Can't Do This

• Character Models/Animations: Decepticon models exist only as NPCs. Lack player-controlled animation sets (movement, combat, transformation logic).
• Script/Event Triggers: Missions, dialogue, objectives hardcoded to Autobot protagonist.
• Memory Structure: Player character ID likely a single byte; changing it loads broken model with no control scheme.

Alternatives

• Transformers: Decepticons (DS) — Separate cartridge; play as Decepticon.
• Transformers: War for Cybertron / Fall of Cybertron (PS3/360/PC) — Campaign lets you play both factions.
• Transformers: Devastation (PC/PS4/PS3) — Play as Optimus, Bumblebee, etc. (Autobots only).
• ROM Hacking: Theoretically possible to swap player actor, but no public project exists.

Stick to the Autobot campaign or buy the Decepticons version.
