Do Cheats Work on the Mercenaries 2: World in Flames Demo? No.

No. Demos are stripped-down, locked builds. They lack:

• Cheat menus / developer consoles.
• Access to the full game's memory addresses (trainers target the retail executable).
• Save systems that persist modifications.

Why Cheats Don't Exist for Demos

• Technical: Demo executables are compiled without debug symbols, cheat hooks, or unused content.
• Security: Publishers explicitly disable modification to prevent exploit discovery before launch.
• Scope: The Mercenaries 2 demo (2008) only included one mission ("Welcome to Venezuela") in a small map slice. No progression, no unlocks, no economy to cheat.

Risks of "Demo Cheats" Downloads

• Malware: Executables claiming to be "Mercenaries 2 Demo Trainer" are almost always trojans/keyloggers.
• Survey Scams: "Human verification" loops that harvest data.
• Corrupted Files: Modified demo executables that brick the install.

Just Play the Demo Legitimately

It takes ~20 minutes. Enjoy the destruction physics, airstrikes, and the taste of the full game (which does have mods/cheats on PC via trainers).
