Sims 2 Double Deluxe: Can You Guarantee Quadruplets? Mechanics, Cheats & Mods

There is no cheat or guaranteed method for quadruplets in The Sims 2 Double Deluxe (or any version). The game rolls for multiples at conception. However, you can maximize the probability significantly.

Multiples Mechanics

• Base twin chance: ~10% (varies slightly by patch/expansion).
• Triplets/quadruplets naturally: Extremely rare (<0.1%).
• Fertility Treatment (Buy Mode → Misc → Fertility Treatment) increases multiples chance per level. Level 3 = maximum boost.

Best Legit Method: Fertility Treatment + Debug Interactions

1. Move Sim in → Buy Fertility Treatment and upgrade to Level 3 (Cost: §5,000).
2. Open cheat console: Ctrl+Shift+C → boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true.
3. Shift-click the Sim → More → Make Pregnant (or WooHoo/Try for Baby normally).
4. While pregnant, shift-click the Sim → Spawn → Tombstone of L and D → More → Force Twins.
5. Repeat Force Twins up to 3 times for quadruplets.

Force Twins is a debug interaction from the Tombstone (requires testingCheatsEnabled true). Each use rolls another multiple check. Using it 3× on a pregnant Sim with max Fertility gives the highest possible quad chance — but still not 100%.

Alternative: "forcetwins" Console Cheat (Unreliable)

Console: forcetwins after boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true. Reports vary wildly; often does nothing in Double Deluxe / Ultimate Collection. Use the Tombstone method above.

Mods (PC Only — Guaranteed Results)

• InTeenimater / SimBlender / MasterController (NRaas-style for TS2) → "Force Multiple Birth" with selectable count (2–6).
• Install in Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads; enable Custom Content in game options.

Warnings
