Can You Play Army of Two: The 40th Day Online?

Online Status for Army of Two: The 40th Day

No. EA shut down the online servers for Army of Two: The 40th Day on August 11, 2011.

What Still Works

• Full single-player campaign (solo or local split-screen co-op).
• Local split-screen co-op (2 players, same console).
• Weapon customization, morality choices, all story content.

What's Gone

• Online co-op campaign.
• Online versus modes (Extraction, Warzone, Control).
• Leaderboards, stats tracking, EA account linkage.

PC Workaround (Unofficial)

Community projects like Revive Network or GameRanger sometimes restore LAN/online play for delisted EA titles, but Army of Two: 40th Day has limited support. Check current status on their Discord/forums.

Bottom line: Buy/play it for the excellent couch co-op campaign; online is permanently dead on consoles.
