Games on CITV? It's a TV Channel, Not a Gaming Platform.

CITV (Children's ITV) is a UK free-to-air television channel (ITV plc), not a gaming platform, console, or service. You cannot "play games on CITV."

What You Might Be Remembering

• CITV Website / App (Historic): Hosted Flash/HTML5 games (2000s–early 2010s) tied to shows like Horrid Henry, Thunderbirds, Pokémon. Defunct.
• ITVX (Current Streaming): ITV's streaming app with kids profiles. No games — just video.
• Sky Gamestar / Virgin Media Games: Old middleware on set-top boxes (2000s). Defunct.
• CBBC / CBeebies Website: BBC's kids sites still have games (HTML5/Unity): bbc.co.uk/cbeebies/games.

If you recall a specific game from "CITV," it was likely a browser game on their old site. Search the show name + "game" (e.g., "Horrid Henry game") on BBC CBeebies, Nickelodeon, or Cartoon Network sites — they host similar licensed games.
