Is Spider-Man: Friend or Foe on PS3? Yes

Yes. Spider-Man: Friend or Foe (2007) released on PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PS2, DS, and PC.

It's a beat-'em-up where Spidey teams up with villains against a greater threat.

Don't confuse with Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions (2010), also on PS3, featuring four Spider-Men.
