Deadstorm Pirates is not available for the PlayStation 3.
Deadstorm Pirates was originally released in 2006 as a light-gun arcade game. It was later ported to the Xbox 360 in 2009, but it never received a PlayStation 3 release.
You might be able to find a used Xbox 360 copy, or potentially play the arcade version via emulation on PC, but there is no official PS3 version.
