Is There a Game Called "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Stories"?

No such game exists. You're likely confusing:

• Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (2004) — PS2, Xbox, PC; main entry.
• Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories (2005) — PSP/PS2; prequel to GTA III.
• Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories (2006) — PSP/PS2; prequel to Vice City.

No "San Andreas Stories" was ever released or announced. The "Stories" sub-series covered Liberty City and Vice City only.
