Things You'll Need
Instructions
Turn your home computer on and open up Adobe Photoshop, GIMP or Paint.net. GIMP and Paint.net are free programs based on the Photoshop platform; the wording is slightly different from program to program, but the steps are the same.
Click "File," select "New" and then "Blank file." A dialog box will open up where you can select the background color by clicking the drop-down box and the size of the page.
Click "File" and select "Place." Use your computer cursor to navigate to the folder containing the image you want to place on the page. Highlight the file and click "Ok" to open the image on the page.
Click and hold on a corner of the bounding box that will appear around the image. Move your cursor towards the center of the picture to reduce the size. Release the cursor when the picture is the correct size. Click and hold the side of the picture and move your cursor to reposition the image on the page.
Click the "T" for "Text tool" in the left margin. Select the size of the lines you will be adding for people to sign by changing the "pt" value. Position the cursor where you want the line to start. Press and hold the shift key and "_" on your keyboard. Once the line has been created, copy the line for each addition signature line you want to create. This will keep each line uniform and the same length as the first line.
Click "File" and select "Save as." Give your edited page a new name and save it to your home computer.
