How to Register a FurReal Friend

In 2002, Hasbro introduced the FurReal Friends line of robotic toy animals. FurReal Friends contain sensors that "feel" when an owner is petting it. This allows owners to interact and play with the toy as though it were a real animal. Many different kinds of FurReal Friends have been released, including dogs, cats, ponies and baby bears. New owners can register their FurReal Friend and obtain an adoption certificate online.

     Go to the FurReal Friends website, and scroll down to the "Discover" section of the page. Click on "Register Your Pet."

     Enter your first name and your FurReal Friend's name in the fields provided. Select your type of pet from the list.

     Click on "Create Now." Your FurReal Friend adoption certificate will appear in a new window.

   • 4

     Print the certificate to complete the process.
