Befriending Hitmontop in PokéPark Wii: Not Possible

You cannot befriend Hitmontop in PokéPark Wii: Pikachu's Adventure. The game lacks a traditional "friendship/befriending" mechanic for wild Pokémon.

What You Can Do in PokéPark Wii

• Befriend Specific Pokémon: Complete quests/minigames to unlock partners (e.g., Charmander, Piplup, etc.)
• Use Partner Abilities: Each friend has unique skills for exploration
• Battle & Chase: Interact with wild Pokémon through minigames, not bonding

Comparison: PokéPark vs. Pokémon Ranger

The DS Pokémon Ranger series features a capture/friendship styler mechanic. PokéPark Wii is an action-adventure with a fixed roster of unlockable partners—Hitmontop is not among them.

Focus on completing zone challenges to unlock the available partner Pokémon.
