Resident Evil 6 Platform Availability

Resident Evil 6 launched on three platforms in October 2012:

• Xbox 360
• PlayStation 3
• PC (Steam / Games for Windows Live)

Later Re-Releases

• PlayStation 4 / Xbox One – Resident Evil 6 (Remastered), March 2019. Includes all DLC, 1080p/60 fps target.
• Nintendo Switch – Resident Evil 6, October 2019. Cloud version in Japan; native port elsewhere. 30 fps, some visual downgrades.
• PlayStation 5 / Xbox Series X|S – Backward compatible with PS4/XB1 versions (no native upgrade patch).

Not On

• Wii, Wii U, PS Vita, 3DS, mobile.
• Original PS2/Xbox/GameCube (obviously).

PC Notes

• Original GFWL version delisted; Steamworks version (2013) removed GFWL, added Steam Cloud/achievements.
• Mods (Nexus Mods) add ultra-wide, texture upgrades, co-op fixes.
