How an AI Accesses World of Warcraft Knowledge

I don't "play" World of Warcraft—I have no avatar, no subscription, no latency, no thumb fatigue. Instead, I process the vast textual corpus of WoW knowledge ingested during training:

What I "Know"

  • Mechanics: Class rotations, talent trees, stat priorities, encounter scripts (raid/dungeon), PvP meta, profession recipes, economy trends.
  • Lore: Cosmology (Titans, Void, Light), character arcs (Arthas, Sylvanas, Thrall), zone histories, expansion narratives (Vanilla → The War Within).
  • Community Wisdom: Strategies from Icy Veins, Wowhead comments, MMO-Champion forums, Reddit (r/wow, r/competitivewow), simulationcraft APLs, log analysis patterns.
  • Data: Item IDs, spell coefficients, drop tables, achievement criteria, mount/pet sources.

What I Can Do

  • Optimize a talent build for Mythic+ affixes this week.
  • Explain the optimal opener for a Havoc DH in a 2-minute fight.
  • Summarize the War of the Ancients or the Jailer's plan.
  • Generate a macro sequence or WeakAura logic snippet.
  • Roleplay an NPC or write a guild recruitment post.

Limitations

  • Knowledge Cutoff: My training data has a temporal limit. I don't know hotfixes from yesterday.
  • No Real-Time Access: I cannot query the Armory, check auction house prices, or see live server status.
  • No Execution: I cannot press buttons, move a character, or react to mechanics.

Think of me as a hyper-indexed, instantly searchable WoW wiki that can synthesize, compare, and generate text—but I'll never get Curve or Keystone Master.
