AQWorlds: Mythsong Mini-Game Removed (Limited-Time Event)

The Mythsong mini-game/event is no longer accessible in AQWorlds. It was a limited-time seasonal event (originally 2011, returned occasionally) and has been retired from the current game build.

Why It's Gone

• Artix Entertainment rotates seasonal content to keep file size manageable and focus on new releases.
• Event maps, NPCs, and shops are disabled server-side when the event window closes.
• No "permanent unlock" was added for Mythsong content.

Similar Content You Can Still Access

• "The Ballad of the Wind Slayer" – Quest chain collecting song fragments to unlock Wind Slayer armor.
• "The Tale of the Dragon Slayer" – Similar structure unlocking Dragon Slayer armor.
• Lore scrolls / books in /library or /lore map – contain Mythsong backstory.
• Anniversary / Holiday events: AE often revives old content for 10th/15th anniversaries, Frostval, Mogloween. Watch Design Notes (AQ.com).

If You're on a Private Server

Some private servers re-enable retired events. Check that server's commands/wiki. Official AE servers: no access.

Keep an eye on AQ.com Design Notes for potential returns.
