Action Replay Code for Waluigi in Mario Kart? Doesn't Exist—Here's How to Actually Play as Him

There is no Action Replay code to unlock Waluigi as a playable character in most Mario Kart games. Action Replay devices modify values in memory (items, stats, lap times)—they can't rewrite the character selection roster, which is hardcoded per game.

Where Waluigi Is Actually Playable

• Mario Kart: Double Dash!! (GameCube) – Unlockable character.
• Mario Kart Tour (iOS/Android) – Available via gacha/pipe pulls.

Legitimate Ways to Race as Waluigi

• Play Double Dash!! on GameCube (or via Dolphin emulator with a legal dump).
• Play Mario Kart Tour on mobile.
• PC Mods (Advanced): Mario Kart Wii and Mario Kart 8 (via Cemu) have community mods adding Waluigi as a selectable character. These require homebrew/CFW and carry risks (online bans, instability).
• Wait for future entries—Nintendo adds him sporadically.

Using unauthorized mods or cheats can void warranties, corrupt saves, and get you banned from online services. Stick to the official games where he's playable.
