GTA 4 Cheats: How to Access Legitimate Codes (PC/Console)

Grand Theft Auto IV uses in-game phone dial codes for cheats. No external "type cheat" menu. Here's how to use them properly:

Raise Wanted Level (x1)	267-555-0150	Adds 1 star (max 6).
Change Weather	468-555-0100	Cycles Sunny → Cloudy → Rain → Thunder → Snow → Fog.
Spawn Annihilator (Heli)	359-555-0100	Requires space.

ACHIEVEMENTS/TROPHIES DISABLED: Activating ANY cheat permanently disables achievements/trophies for that save file. "Cleaned the Mean Streets" etc. cannot be earned. Create separate save.
No "Unlimited Money" Cheat: Doesn't exist. Complete missions / Vigilante / Drug Wars.
No "Invincibility" Cheat: Only Health/Armor refill.
PC Trainers/Mods: Use Simple Native Trainer (SNT) or Menyoo for deeper control (spawn any vehicle, god mode, time, weather, bodyguards). Single Player only. Online = Ban.
