How to Unlock Hidden Characters in Street Fighter EX2 Plus (Arcade)

Unlocking the hidden roster in Street Fighter EX2 Plus (arcade version) requires completing the single-player Arcade Mode with specific characters in a sequential chain. Difficulty setting does not matter.

Unlock Chain

1. Chun-Li (EX): Complete the game with any character.
2. Sakura: Complete the game with any character (available after Chun-Li unlock in some revisions, but typically available from start or after 1 clear). Correction: In EX2 Plus, Sakura is usually unlocked by default or after 1 clear; the chain below assumes standard EX2 Plus revision.
3. Blank: Complete the game with Chun-Li (EX).
4. Guy: Complete the game with Sakura.
5. Allen Snider: Complete the game with Guy.
6. Sharon: Complete the game with Allen Snider.

Important Notes

• Unlocks are saved to the cabinet's EEPROM/NVRAM; they persist across power cycles.
