SimCity Creator (DS) Cheats: None Exist—Legitimate Strategies Instead

There are no cheat codes for SimCity Creator on Nintendo DS. The game uses a server-side save system (even offline) with checksum validation that rejects modified saves. Action Replay codes for other SimCity titles don't work.

Legitimate Winning Strategies

• Focus on One Victory Condition: Population, Tourism, Industry, or Commerce—specialize rather than balance.
• Grid Layout Optimization: Dense 4×4 residential blocks with services in the center → maximum coverage efficiency.
• Tax Management: Start low (3–5%) → raise gradually as demand hits 100%.
• Ordinance Selection: "Legalize Gambling" (tourism), "Free Clinics" (health), "Conservation" (pollution).
• Disaster Preparedness: Fire stations every 4×4, police every 6×6, water pumps + towers.

Creative Mode: Complete scenarios to unlock Free Build mode—unlimited money, all buildings, no disasters.
