MW3 Campaign: No Instant-Win Cheat—Play as Designed

There is no cheat code to instantly beat the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (2011) campaign on any platform (Xbox 360, PS3, PC, Wii).

Why Cheats Don't Exist (Console)

• CoD campaigns are scripted, linear experiences. No console command console (`~`) like PC Source/Quake/Unreal engine games.
• Dev commands (god, noclip, give) are compiled out of retail console builds.
• Trainers/Mod menus require JTAG/RGH (360) or CFW (PS3) — high ban risk, complex.

PC: Console Commands (Developer Mode Only)

If playing on **PC (Steam)**, you *can* enable the console:

1. Set Launch Options: -devmode (or create shortcut with +set developer 1 +set thereisacow 1337 +set monkeytoy 0).
2. In-game: Press ~ (tilde).
3. Commands: god (invincibility), noclip (fly through walls), give ammo, map_restart, timescale 0.5.
4. Warning: Disables Achievements. May break scripts/triggers. Use only to bypass a bugged checkpoint.

Legitimate Ways to Breeze Through

• Difficulty: Recruit (Easiest). Enemies do minimal damage; you regen health instantly.
• Weapon Knowledge: ACR 6.8 / MP7 / PP90M1 / Type 95 / MSR / RSASS / Striker / SMAW. Laser beams.
• Checkpoint Exploitation: Die intentionally right before a checkpoint to reset enemy spawns/ammo if stuck.
• Co-op (PS3/360/PC): 2-player local split-screen or online. Revive mechanic trivializes difficulty.
• Mission Select: Replay any mission on any difficulty after first completion.

Why You Shouldn't Skip

The campaign (4-6 hrs) is a tightly paced blockbuster — "Hunter Killer," "Turbulence," "Dust to Dust," "Down the Rabbit Hole" are set-piece highlights. The satisfaction comes from *surviving* the chaos, not skipping it.
