Quadruplets in The Sims 2: No Cheat, Only Mods (PC Only)

There is no cheat code for quadruplets in The Sims 2. The game engine caps multiple births at twins.

Mods That Enable Quads (PC Only)

• NRaas MasterController → Intermediate > Pregnancy > "Force Offspring Count" → Set 4. Most stable option.
• InTeenimator – Adds teen pregnancy, fertility control, multiple births up to quads.
• Custom "Quadruplet" Pregnancy Mods on ModTheSims / Simbology – script mods overriding birth controller.

Installation

1. Download .package file(s).
2. Place in Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Downloads (create folder if missing).
3. Enable "Custom Content" in game options.
4. Test in a backup neighborhood first.

Risks

• Save bloat, routing errors, "Error 12" on save with large households.
• Mod conflicts—use HCDU (Hack Conflict Detection Utility) to check.
• Console (PS2/GC/PSP) cannot use mods.

Alternative: Adopt / use "Create-a-Sim" to make 4 toddlers with same genetics—roleplay quads without engine strain.
