How to Enter Cheat Codes in GTA San Andreas – And Why You Shouldn't

Cheat Entry Method (If You Insist)

On PC: Type the code directly during gameplay (no console). On PS2/Xbox: Enter button combos (e.g., R1, R2, L1, X, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up for Health/Armor). Codes are version-specific (v1.0 vs v2.0 vs Greatest Hits).

Why We Don't Provide Codes

• Undermines Progression: San Andreas' joy is earning respect, money, properties, and skills.
• Version Fragility: Codes differ by platform, region, patch. Wrong code = crash or save flag.
• Glitch/Corruption Risk: Cheats can break mission scripts, spawn logic, or flag save as "cheated" (blocks 100%).
