Are There Cheat Codes for Super Mario 3D World (3DS)? Game Doesn't Exist on 3DS

Super Mario 3D World was never released on Nintendo 3DS. It is a **Wii U (2013)** and **Nintendo Switch (2021 – + Bowser's Fury)** exclusive.

You may be confusing it with:

• Super Mario 3D Land (3DS, 2011): The 3DS flagship Mario. No cheat codes. Unlockables: Star Worlds (beat game), Luigi (play as), 100% flag.
• New Super Mario Bros. 2 (3DS, 2012): Coin Rush, DLC packs. No cheat codes.
• Super Mario Maker (3DS, 2016): Level editor. No cheat codes.

Nintendo's Stance on Cheat Codes

Nintendo **does not include cheat codes** in modern 1st-party games (post-N64 era). Unlockables are earned via gameplay. Action Replay / Gateshark / NTR plugins exist for CFW 3DS but:

• Risk ban (Nintendo Network).
• Break save / game logic.
• Defeat the design intent (mastery).

If You Meant Wii U / Switch Version

• No cheat codes.
• Amiibo: Tap compatible Amiibo (Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Rosalina, Bowser) → Unlock **Costumes** (8-bit Mario, etc.) once per day.
• Stamp/Photo Mode: Pause → Camera. Creative expression.
• World Crowns: Beat all levels with all characters (Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Rosalina) → Crown on file select. True 100%.

Clarify the platform and I'll give exact unlocks.
