Why Isn't the "unlockallthings" Cheat Code Working? (Need Game/Platform)

Cheat codes are game-specific. To help troubleshoot, I need:

• Which game?
• Which platform? (PC, Xbox, PlayStation, etc.)
• Where did you find the code?

Provide these details and I'll help identify why it's not working or find alternatives!
