Secret Cheat Codes for GTA Vice City Unknown to Everyone

There are none. All cheat codes for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City were officially published by Rockstar in 2002/2003. The complete list (~60 codes) is public knowledge.

Why "Secret" Codes Don't Exist

• Rockstar released the full list to gaming magazines/websites at launch.
• Data miners have exhaustively scanned the executable — no hidden phone numbers or button combos remain.
• Rumors of "secret" codes are urban legends or mis-typed known codes.
