No official cheat codes for Dragon Quest IX. Action Replay / Cheat devices can corrupt save data permanently (checksum mismatch) and risk online ban (DQVC / Wi-Fi).

Legit Power Progression

• Grottos (Post-Game): Infinite random dungeons. Best XP, Gold, Gear (Lv 99 Equips), Boss Legacy Bosses (Barbarus, Nokturnus, etc.).
• Vocations: Master Gladiator (Omniheal, Whirlwind), Armamentalist (Magic Mirror, Buffs), Ranger (Critical Claim), Sage. Switch for Skill Points.
• Alchemy: Krak Pot (Post-Game). Best Gear (Uber Falcon Blade, Gringham Whip, Divine Bustier). Recipes from Quests/Books.
• DQVC (Daily Shop – Wiimmfi now): Rare items, Seeds, Maps. Connect via AltWFC.
• Tag Mode (Legacy / StreetPass): Treasure Maps from others. Map Seeds shared online (GameFAQs) → Generate specific Grottos.

Seeds (Stats/Items)

Farm Seeds of Strength, Agility, Defence, Life, Magic from High-Level Grottos (Lv 80+) / Legacy Boss drops / Alchemy. Max stats = God Mode.

No cheats needed. The grind is the game. 200+ hrs for 100%.
