Unlocking Cheats in Perfect Dark (N64) by Having Them On? Doesn't Work That Way

No—cheats don't unlock other cheats in Perfect Dark.

How Cheats Actually Unlock

• Complete specific challenges: Finish levels on Perfect Agent, beat target times, collect all weapons in a mission
• Enter codes at title screen: Classic GameShark-style codes (e.g., All Weapons: C-Up, C-Down, C-Left, C-Right, L, R, Z ×2). These are pre-programmed, not unlocked
• Unlockable cheat menu: After completing the game on Perfect Agent, the "Cheats" option appears in the main menu—toggles for infinite ammo, invincibility, etc.

Examples

• All Weapons: Complete "Attack Ship" on Perfect Agent
• Infinite Ammo: Complete "Rescue" on Perfect Agent
• All Characters (Multiplayer): Beat all challenges

Having a cheat active doesn't progress unlocks. Play the challenges legitimately—or use the title-screen codes if you just want to mess around.
