Tekken 6 Was Never Released on Nintendo DS

Tekken 6 was never released on Nintendo DS. The hardware simply couldn't handle the game's 3D models, lighting, and 60 fps combat engine.

Official Platforms

• PlayStation 3 (October 2009)
• Xbox 360 (October 2009)
• PlayStation Portable – Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion (November 2009)

Why Not DS?

• Hardware Gap: The DS's dual ARM processors (67 MHz ARM9 + 33 MHz ARM7) lack the power to render Tekken 6's graphics and maintain 60 fps.
• Later Portable Entry: Bandai Namco released Tekken 3D: Prime Edition (2012) on 3DS, built specifically for that hardware.

For portable Tekken, your options are Tekken 3D: Prime Edition (3DS) or Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion (PSP/Vita).
