Finding a Nintendo DSi XL for $20: Unrealistic Expectation

You will not find a Nintendo DSi XL for $20, even used.

Why:

• Original Price: Launched at $189.99 (2009).
• Collectibility: Discontinued vintage console; demand sustains prices well above $20.
• Scam Alert: Listings at $20 are almost certainly fraudulent.

Where to Buy (Realistic Prices):

• Online Marketplaces: eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari (prices vary by condition).
• Game Stores: GameStop, local retro shops.
• Conventions: Gaming expos often have vendors.

Buying Tips:

• Verify working condition (screens, hinges, battery).
• Confirm included accessories (charger, stylus).
• Check seller reputation.

Expect to pay significantly more than $20 for a functional unit.
