Can You Charge a Nintendo DS with a Game Boy Advance Charger? No

No. Connectors and voltages differ.

USB Charging Cable: For DS Lite / DSi / 3DS — USB-A to proprietary barrel. Use any 5V USB charger (phone charger, power bank). **DS Phat requires 5.2V — standard 5V USB may charge slowly or not at all.**
Multi-voltage Travel Chargers: Switchable tips (rare now).
