How to Delete Your Save in Nintendogs (DS)

You cannot "delete the game" — only the save data. The cartridge is the game; there's no uninstall.

To Erase Your Save (Start Fresh)

1. Boot Nintendogs.
2. At the Nintendo logo / white screen, **hold L + R + X + Y + A + B** simultaneously.
3. Confirm "Delete all save data?" → Yes.

Works on all versions (Lab, Dachshund, Dalmatian, etc.).

To "Remove" a Dog Without Full Reset

• Go to Kennel → Select dog → Donate (permanent).
• Or start a new game (auto-deletes old save).

Transfer Dog to Another Cartridge

• Both carts in two DS systems → Bark Mode (local wireless) → "Give Dog."
• Original cart retains copy unless you delete save after.
