Yes. The Nintendo DSi features a standard 3.5 mm (1/8") headphone jack on the bottom edge. Any wired headphones/earbuds with a 3.5 mm TRS plug will work for stereo audio.

Things to Know

No Mic Support: The jack is output-only (TRS). Headsets with inline mics (TRRS) will output audio, but the microphone will not function. DSi lacks mic input hardware (unlike 3DS).
Audio Quality Ceiling: The DSi's DAC/amp is basic. High-impedance audiophile headphones (>64 Ω) may sound quiet. Low-impedance (16–32 Ω) earbuds/portable headphones are ideal.
