Do Sims Auto-Go to Work in The Sims FreePlay?

No. You must manually send each Sim to work:

1. Tap Jobs icon (briefcase).
2. Select career.
3. Confirm "Send to Work".

Exceptions

• Auto-Schedule Jobs: Some careers (e.g., Ghost Hunter) auto-send at set times once assigned.
• Custom Schedule: You can set specific work hours for manual jobs.

Default: You initiate every shift.
