Battlefield 4 Offline Multiplayer: Split-Screen Supports Two Players

Battlefield 4 offers offline multiplayer exclusively through split-screen mode, which supports two players on the same console. There is no support for more than two local players, and no LAN or system-link option.

To play, start a multiplayer match, choose "Local Play," and connect a second controller. Both players need profiles (guest accounts work). The mode includes a subset of maps and modes optimized for split-screen performance.
