Fallout: New Vegas Primers on PS3? Impossible—DLC Exclusive

You cannot obtain primers on PS3. They were introduced in the Honest Hearts DLC (2011), which **never released on PlayStation 3** due to Sony's memory-split constraints (split 256 MB RAM pools made large DLC unstable).

Platform Availability

Workarounds (PS3)

• Console Commands: Not available—PS3 lacks developer console.
• Save Editing: Export save → PC → edit with FNVEdit / Cheat Engine → re-import. Requires CFW (HEN/Rebug) and resigning tools. High effort, ban risk if online.
• Play on PC/Xbox/Steam Deck: Only reliable way to access Honest Hearts content.

Bethesda confirmed the omission was a **Sony certification blocker**, not a bug. No patch will ever add it.
