Moving Fast in GTA IV (Xbox 360): No Sprint Button, Boost Stamina & Use Vehicles

GTA IV has no sprint button or "run fast" cheat. Movement speed is governed by:

Legitimate Speed Mechanics

• Stamina Stat: Increases by running, cycling, swimming. Higher stamina = longer fast-run duration before Niko slows to jog.
• No Infinite Sprint: Even max stamina depletes; no "always run" toggle.

Practical Speed Strategies

• Vehicles: Cars, motorcycles, boats, helicopters—vastly faster than foot. Steal/buy/spawn (cheats exist for vehicles, not running).
• Taxi Skip: Hold Y (or LB) near taxi → "Skip" for instant travel (costs $).
• Subway: Fast travel between stations.

Mods / Glitches (Not Recommended)

• PC Mods: Script Hook + trainers enable super-run. Xbox 360: Impossible (no mod support).
• Glitches: Rare physics exploits (e.g., swing set launch) — patched, inconsistent, not "running."
