Minecraft PS3: No Local Split-Screen Co-op (Here's Where It Works)

Minecraft: PlayStation 3 Edition (Legacy Console Edition, TU75 final update) **does not support local split-screen multiplayer.**

Online Multiplayer: 2-8 players via PSN (requires PS+). Cross-play with PS Vita / PS4 (Legacy) only.
Ad-Hoc (Local Wireless): PS3 ↔ PS Vita only (PS Vita version required).
System Link: Not supported.
Split-Screen: **Not implemented.** Engine limitation of the Legacy Console codebase on PS3 Cell architecture.
