Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009) PS3 Demo — Never Released

No demo was ever released for Modern Warfare 2 on PS3 (or any platform).

Why Activision Skipped It

• MP-focused design: Demos split player base; COD relies on day-one population.
• Leak risk: Campaign spoilers (e.g., "No Russian") — demo dataminers would expose them.
• Cost vs. return: Demo development/certification costs high; pre-orders already massive.

How to Try Before Buying (Legacy)

• Used disc: Cheap on eBay/GameStop; resell if dislike.
• Backward compatibility: Play on PS4/PS5 via disc (no enhancement).
• Gameplay videos: YouTube "first 30 mins" no-commentary.

Modern COD titles (MWII 2022, MWIII 2023) also lack demos — same rationale.
