How to Play Sonic and the Black Knight on Wii: Requirements, Controls & Notes

Sonic and the Black Knight (2009) is a Wii-exclusive title. Here's how to play it:

Requirements

• Wii console (RVL-001 / RVL-101) or Wii U (backward compatible).
• Game disc (RVL-RSBP / RVL-RSBE) – No digital version on Wii Shop (closed 2019).
• Wii Remote + Nunchuk (required for sword controls).
• Sensor Bar (for pointer/menu navigation).

Steps

1. Insert disc (label up) into Wii/Wii U disc slot.
2. From Wii Menu: Select "Disc Channel" → "Start."
3. Wii U: Wii Menu app → Disc Channel → Start.
4. Follow on-screen: Create save file → Tutorial (mandatory first run) → Play.
