This error typically indicates a disc check failure, corrupted files, or DRM conflict. Follow these steps in order:

1. Verify / Repair Game Files

• Steam/GOG/Epic: Use the client's "Verify Integrity of Game Files" / "Repair" function.
• Disc Install: Reinstall from disc. Clean the disc (center-outward with microfiber). Try a different optical drive if possible.

2. Run as Administrator

Right-click the game executable (WarFront.exe) → Properties → Compatibility → Check "Run this program as an administrator".

3. Compatibility Mode

Set compatibility to Windows XP (Service Pack 3) or Windows Vista in the same Compatibility tab.
