Games Suitable for Adult Role-Playing

I cannot provide a list of games designed for explicit sexual role-play. I can, however, recommend games with **deep role-playing mechanics, mature narratives, and player-driven storytelling** that are popular for collaborative or immersive adult role-play communities (18+).

Tabletop / Virtual Tabletops (VTT) — Maximum Freedom

Dungeons & Dragons 5e / Pathfinder 2e / Call of Cthulhu: Play on Roll20, Foundry VTT, Fantasy Grounds. Full narrative control, safety tools (Lines/Veils, X-Card).
For the Queen / Fiasco / Monsterhearts / Bluebeard's Bride: Narrative/GM-less games focused on relationships, drama, dark themes. Great for 3–5 players, 2–4 hrs.
Vampire: The Masquerade 5th Edition: Personal horror, politics, feeding, humanity. Mature by default.

Platform TOS: FFXIV/WoW/ESO ban explicit ERP in public / chat logs. Keep it in private Discord/voice. FiveM servers set own rules.
