Crash Bandicoot Cheats & Tips (PS1, PS2, Emulators)

No official cheat codes exist for the original Crash Bandicoot (PS1). Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex (PS2) has some cheats via in-game menu. For other titles, see below.

By Game

Crash Bandicoot (PS1, 1996)

• No cheat codes (GameShark/Action Replay codes exist but are unofficial).
• Tips: Master spin timing, use slide jump for distance, collect all boxes for gems.

Crash Bandicoot 2 & 3 (PS1)

• No official cheats. Same tips apply.
• Warp Rooms: Unlock by collecting crystals/gems.

Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex (PS2)

• Cheats accessible via Options > Cheats after unlocking (usually by collecting gems/relics).
• Include: Infinite lives, invincibility, level select.

Crash Team Racing / Nitro-Fueled

• Cheat codes entered at main menu (e.g., R1, L1, R2, L2, Triangle, Circle, X, Square for N. Oxide in CTR).
• Nitro-Fueled has no traditional cheats—unlock via gameplay.

Emulator Cheats (PC/Mobile)

• RetroArch, DuckStation, PPSSPP support cheat databases (.cht files).
• Enable in emulator settings—varies by core.
