Can You Force Triplets in The Sims With a Cheat?

No direct cheat guarantees triplets. Multiple births are chance-based.

Increase Odds Legitimately

• Fertility Treatment: Romantic → WooHoo → "Try for Baby with Fertility Treatment" (requires Spa Day pack in TS4; Lifetime Reward in TS3).
• Fertile Trait: CAS trait (TS3/TS4) boosts twin/triplet chance.
• On Ley Line Lot Trait: TS4 — increases multiples chance.
• Mods: "MC Command Center" (TS4) or "MasterController" (TS3) allow forcing litter size.

Base game: ~10% twins, ~1% triplets naturally. With boosts: ~50% twins, ~5-10% triplets.
