Is There a DeLorean Cheat Code in GTA IV? No

No. The DeLorean DMC-12 does not exist in Grand Theft Auto IV (base game, The Lost and Damned, or The Ballad of Gay Tony). No cheat code, spawn location, or mod (on console) adds it.

Why the Confusion?

• Back to the Future Mods (PC Only): Popular script mods (e.g., Back to the Future: Hill Valley for GTA IV PC) add a fully functional time-traveling DeLorean. Console players often mistake these for cheats.
• GTA V / Online: The Imponte Deluxo (flying DeLorean homage) was added in the Doomsday Heist update (2017). Spawnable via cheat on PC/console only in GTA V.
• GTA III / VC / SA: No DeLorean in any 3D-era game without mods.
