Crazy Cabbie Cheat Codes: None Exist

No cheat codes exist for Crazy Cabbie (2001, PS1 / Arcade port). It's a budget taxi-driving game (Midas Interactive / Davilex) with no cheat menu, no hidden codes documented in any magazine, FAQ, or disassembly.

Why No Cheats?

  • Low-budget European publish (Midas / Davilex / Phoenix Games) — rarely included cheat systems.
  • Simple arcade structure: Pick up → Drive → Drop off → Time/Money. No stats to max, no unlockables beyond levels.
  • No GameShark / Action Replay codes submitted to databases (GameFAQs, GameHacking.org) — community never found any.

Legitimate "Easy Money" Strategies

  1. Learn Shortcuts: Each city (London, Paris, New York, etc.) has alleys, jumps, wrong-way highways that shave 30–50% off route time.
  2. Master the Handbrake Turn: 90°/180° slides keep speed through corners.
  3. Prioritize Long Fares: Airport / Cross-city = higher base fare + time bonus.
  4. Avoid Damage: Repair costs eat profit. Drive clean.
  5. Time Trials / Free Roam: Practice routes without clock pressure.

If You *Must* Modify (PC Emulation)

  • Run PS1 ISO in **DuckStation** / **PCSX-Redux**.
  • Use **Cheat Engine** on emulator process → Search `money` (4-byte) → Freeze / Set 999999.
  • Or **Patch ISO**: Find money address in RAM → Create `.pnach` / `.cht` for persistent cheat.
Note: Modifying emulated RAM is safe for save states. No "engine download" needed — Cheat Engine is a standalone tool.

Verdict: Game is short (4–6 hrs). Play it legit. It's a time capsule of early 2000s euro-jank — enjoy the weird physics.
