Skate 3: PS3 vs. Xbox 360 Comparison—Xbox 360 Has Slight Edge

Both versions are very similar, but the Xbox 360 version has a slight edge due to:

• Framerate: Runs at a smoother 30 FPS; PS3 version can dip below.
• Texture quality: Slightly sharper, more detailed textures on Xbox 360.
• Online performance: Generally less lag and smoother online experience on Xbox 360.

The PS3 version has merits too: a slightly better physics engine (more realistic/responsive) and a more balanced soundtrack.

Verdict: Choose Xbox 360 for framerate and online play; PS3 for physics and soundtrack. Both are excellent.
