PS3 Hard Drive Size: Not Labeled on Console – Check System Settings

No, the PS3 chassis has no label indicating HDD capacity. You must check via software:

Method 1: XMB (All Models)

  1. Settings → **System Settings** → **System Information**.
  2. Shows: "Hard Disk Drive: **XXX GB Free / YYY GB Total**".

Method 2: Triangle Button (Quick)

  1. Highlight any game/icon on XMB.
  2. Press **Triangle** → **Information**.
