Trophies in Fallout 3 on PS3? Not Available

No. Fallout 3 released October 2008; PlayStation 3 trophy support arrived with firmware 2.40 in December 2008. Bethesda never patched trophies in.

• Xbox 360 version has 50 Achievements (1000 GS).
• PC has no native achievement system (Steam version added achievements 2009).
• PS3 players earn zero trophies—only in-game rewards.

If trophies matter, play the GOTY Edition on PS4/PS5 via backward compatibility (still no trophies) or on Xbox/PC where achievements exist.
