Can You Play PC Games on PlayStation 3?

No. PC and PS3 use completely different operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS vs. PS3's custom OS), CPU architectures (x86-64 vs. Cell Broadband Engine), and game file formats. Games are compiled specifically for their target platform. You can only play titles officially released for PS3.
